What this site collects, and what I do with it.

This site belongs to Falasco Consulting LLC. It is a brochure site with one contact form. This page says what the site collects, where that goes, and how to reach me about it. I have written it in plain language on purpose.
What the contact form collects
When you send a message through the form, I receive what you typed: your first and last name, your email address, and your message, plus your organization and phone number if you chose to add them. Nothing on the form is collected unless you enter it.
What I use it for
I use it to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to set up that engagement. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and I do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is stored
The form is handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Submissions are kept in my Netlify account and emailed to my business address, which runs on Google Workspace. Both companies process that information on my behalf under their own terms: Netlify's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
What the site collects on its own
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Two things do happen in the background that you should know about.
- Netlify, as the host, keeps standard server logs for a limited time. Those include the IP address and browser type of each visit and exist to keep the site secure and running.
- The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google describes what it does with those requests in its Google Fonts privacy notes.
Your choices
You can email me instead of using the form. You can ask at any time what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and I will, except where I need to keep a record of an engagement we actually entered into. Write to justice@falascoconsulting.com.
Do Not Track
The site does not track you across other websites, so a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing here. There is nothing to switch off.
Children
This site is for businesses and working professionals. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that matters to you, I will say here rather than bury.
